The Wave
A somewhat fanciful rendition of a favorite rocky coastline. This one started with a watercolor wash, then some gouache, then pan pastel, then soft pastel, then Diane Townsend Terrages to finish up—oh not quite, then Girault to finish. Technically, it is a pastel on pastelmat. I couldn’t think of anything more to add. 12 x 15 in a 16 x 20 frame.
