The McAuleys of Cricket Lane

We were so lucky to have had these wonderful people as our close neighbors. Not only were we fond of them, but we had the opportunity to share creative efforts with them. If anyone thinks there are no wonderful, happy families anymore, I point to them and say, “Not so.” Jiminy is there because he is a prominent feature of their home and the lane they live on is appropriately titled “Cricket Lane.” It has been a joy to know them. This is done with black pen, pan pastel, and a little gouache on water color paper.
