Rugged Oregon Coast
Leaving Oregon I found this iconic rough coastal scene typical of Oregon. The sky was moody, the light was almost nil, and yet it intrigued me with its moody feeling. I wanted to capture just that feeling in pastel on pastelmat with a little pastel pencil for detail.
